Leah moved to Israel from the United States in 2002. Before joining the ICT, she served as a paralegal and translator for a law firm specializing in litigation on behalf of terror victims in Israel. She also has extensive experience in the non-profit sector, having worked at the Conference on Jewish Material Claims Against Germany where she assisted Holocaust survivors in their claims for reparations.
In addition, Leah spent several years working as a Human Resources Representative in both the semiconductor and telecommunications industries. Leah received an M.A. in Organizational-Social Psychology from Bar-Ilan University and a B.A. in Psychology from Queens College in New York.
