Lieutenant Colonel (LTC) Stephanie Bagley received her commission as a Military Police Officer from the United States Military Academy in 1998. She holds a Master's Degree in German from Middlebury College and a Master's Degree in Business and Organizational Security Management from Webster University.
She is currently serving as an U.S. Army War College Fellow at the Lauder School of Government's Institute of Counter Terrorism in Herzliya, Israel. Her previous military assignments include: Chief, Office of Defense Cooperation, Czech Republic; Aide-de-Camp to the Commanding General, US Army Europe; Political-Military Officer, US Army Europe; Assistant Professor of German, United States Military Academy; and Commander, 21st Military Police Company (Airborne).
She has deployed to Albania as a Military Police Platoon Leader in support of Task Force Hawk; Kosovo as a Military Police Platoon Leader in support of Task Force Falcon; Baghdad, Iraq as the S-4, 16th Military Police Brigade (Airborne) in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom II; and Baghdad, Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom 05-07 as the Commander, 21st Military Police Company (Airborne).LTC Bagley's military awards and decorations include the Bronze Star (1 oak leaf cluster), Defense Meritorious Service Medal, Meritorious Service Medal (2 oak leaf cluster), Master Parachutist Badge, Combat Action Badge, German and Czech Parachutist Badges, and German Armed Forces Efficiency Badge in Gold.
