Participation at the conference is conditional upon ICT approval and receipt of the registration fee. Only credit card payment is accepted (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express). Cancellations received in writing before September 1, 2008 will be refunded, less a $60 service fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date or "no shows"*. (*Except cases of Force Majeure)
