Tuesday, December 2nd 2014, Konrad Adenauer Conference Center, Mishkenot Sha'ananim, Jerusalem

The continued instability in large parts of North Africa and the Middle East (MENA), rapid proliferation of new terrorist actors in this space, and increased flow of foreign fighters between Europe and MENA creates multiple new terrorist threats for Europe and Israel.
Against this background, the International Institute for Counter-Terrorism (ICT) at IDC, Herzliya and the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS) Israel Office, in cooperation with the CEVRO Institute, Prague, are convening an expert workshop titled: "Europe and Israel: New Shared Terrorist Threats and Opportunities for Cooperation".
The purpose of this intimate, policy-oriented workshop is to map the new challenges, analyze them, and devise appropriate policy guidelines for dealing with the emerging common threats, in line with our shared values of
democracy and the rule of law. The workshop will be conducted in English.
